Help with CatchUpCast and CatchUpGist.

Email support@catchupcast.com. A person reads every message. Say which product you use and, if something failed, paste the message the app showed you — it is written to be safe to send.

CatchUpCast

A new episode isn't in my podcast app. Pull down to refresh the show in your podcast app; some apps only check for new episodes every few hours. If it still isn't there an hour after the scheduled time, email us.

I got an email saying a run failed or a briefing didn't arrive. The email says what happened and whether it fixes itself. If it says you need to do something, the Admin Console on your computer shows where.

Questions about how CatchUpCast works are answered in the FAQ.

CatchUpGist

Summaries stopped arriving. Open the Admin Console's Dashboard: it shows the last check and, if something failed, what to do. Most failures, such as Gmail briefly dropping the connection, clear by themselves on the next check, and no email is lost — it waits in Gmail.

How to install it: CatchUpGist setup.

Both: Gmail stopped accepting the App Password

This happens when an App Password is revoked or your Google password changes. Make a new one at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords and reconnect Gmail in the Admin Console.

Billing and your subscription

See or change your plan, or cancel, at catchupcast.com/app. Charges appear as CATCHUPCAST, and your bank may also show P3 Digital Services LLC. If a charge looks wrong, email us before disputing it — we'll sort it out faster.
